Today I got up intending to aggressively attack the brush near house in order to create better water views. As I assessed our operational needs on the matter, I determined we didnt have enough resource to do so. Project purpose was slight on bar chain oil, 2 stroke oil/gas, and brush blade on weed whacker. If launched into, stoppage would have occurred quite shy of completion of project ... then shower, drive into town for resupply, and launch back into it. So, deciding to get that out of the way up front ... drove into Brunswick to gather supplies for groceries and project alike. What we didnt expect was the heat and humidity that accompanied the day. The project was called off by return home. It was WAY too hot and humid. Being that way, I decided to prep for the morrow and in resuming project ... replaced the blade found on the whacker ... breaking the cotter pin in the holding bolt in process. Unfortunately? I didnt have another cotter pin and wished not to have a pin restricting a 500 mph blade flying at my feet go not tethered in possibility of cutting off feet. I also needed gas ... even though I often have a lot of it. Ive been transitioning from ATT to Verizon with household phones, and so my son ... who has the last number with former carrier, came down and asked, When are we going to do this? I replied, I need cotter pins and gas. Back to Brunswick we went. I now have all the cotter pins I need for life. The gas I need for tomorrows project. Bry has been transitioned to a phone of his choice. It was a day of loose ends being tied up. It was a really good, productive day. The sunset sucked. Eh ... such are all days, right? :)
