Today I had a very special appointment at a Mayo Clinic! It is one year ago that I moved into the Hospital to wait for a new heart! As many of you know, that wasnt not yet to be!Instead a team of very brave doctors worked diligently to give me another alternative. It has been a very difficult year, with many ups and downs, and more testing to come in January. I am so grateful to my team of doctors that believe in my well being and wont give up on me. I am still listed for transplant! This journey is definitely proof that we never know our path from day to day! Traveling this road, has taught me that God meets us where we are, and provides us daily with what we need to journey through each day! This year, right now I am at home to celebrate Christmas with my family, and I am so grateful!
