Today I had my first ever facial and full body massage. The facial and face massage started out wonderfully. The music had me drifting and imagining I was gracefully ballet dancing. Then comes the crushing of my skull and being poked in the head with nails. I wont give you the details of the full body massage but it was super awkward. I paid the lady to abuse me. Ill never do that again. EVER! But I do feel more relaxed and not so tense. Im not recommending this for anyone. Now I want to try acupuncture and see if that is torture.
