Today I had the honor of walking with our donors mother and after the walk I had a huge honor to finally meet, shake hands and give hugs to our donors father Kevin and his wife Judi Jobst Sterowski. It was a very emotional day all around. But the thing that hit hardest was how many people were there to honor lost loved ones to suicide. I cant say it enough. Call friends and family if these thoughts cross your mind. Call a 800 number! It is so ok to ask for help. Everyone needs help sometimes. And there are so many of us out there ready to lend a shoulder, give a hug and or just listen.
