Today, I have met Financial Adviser, PGI regarding non-payment of Bonus to Technical Assistants and various other categories in GP of Rs. 4600 on functional basis. The FA had convened a meeting with Administrative Staff wherein it has been agreed that TA and other categories in the old pay scale of Rs. 2000-3200 (non-Gazetted Group will get the Bonus. It is hoped that matter will be resolved and payments will be made within 2-3 days. In the meantime, the AO has assured that arrears of MACP w.e.f. 1.1.2006 will be released within 2 weeks.
