Today I just found out that a real good friend of mine found out that he has been diagnosed with leukemia. What do you tell a person other than “I’m so sorry to hear that” or something else so random. During my jog I just stop and started to cry. My poor doggies did not know what was going on, but their little licks of encouragement helped me. I don’t understand why bad, awful things happen to such good people. He is such a great guy and such a good friend (a true bestie). I sorry for this post, but I am at a loss for words and I wish I was there with him to help him through this. I love him so much for helping me when I needed him. I can’t imagine… I don’t want to. HE is definitely in my prayers. This world needs him and he knows a lot about how to truly care for people, including someone like me.
