Today I left the house twice to walk to the market and both times I got called back to the house for work. After the second time, I thought, oh just forget it! But then I ate and rested. Suddenly I thought, okay Ill go now to the market. I was walking over the hill/bridges of the Venice canals. I was walking toward the cars. (There werent many. Its a one lane one way street.) Anyways, as Im approaching one of the hill/bridges I see two Japanese tourists standing in the middle of the road looking at their camera. Their back is to traffic. I see a Prius quietly approaching the hill/bridge. As a driver, when you approach the top of the hill you have no visibility to the bottom of the hill. (I know this from driving across the canals.) Suddenly, I run toward the tourists to get them out of the way just in time as the Prius comes down the hill - right where they were standing. If I had not got them out of the way the car would have hit them! Wow! I feel blessed that God put it on my heart to walk to the market. I was in the right place at the right time to save the Japanese husband and wife team! Praise God!
