Today I love squatting! Here is a vid of my first go at wide stance box squats, something I have not been able to do after pregnancy complications with Ellia, now 3 years on I feel it is time to start to try progress the training of this weakness... 30kg never felt so light and heavy all at the same time! A little unstable on the hips at the bottom (hence the great camera angle!) but worked on the on the next sets and they felt better.
