Today I nearly jumped out my skin from excitement and satisfaction!! My clothes are a bit to large for me by now and both Suretha and the kids were complaining the past few weeks. Thus I decided this morning to go and find something smaller. My usual size for pants was varying between 46-48 and for shirts 4-5XL depending on the brand. Much was my surprise when I was comfortably fitting into size 42 pant and 2XL shirt!! It was and still is the best feeling ever and just encourages me even more to loose the weight. Lunch was some tasty grilled mince with a tomato which we prepared last night for me to have on the go. Im fully in control with my water consumption and Im pleased with myself and my total SW journey at this stage.
