Today I noticed that Chloe has developed a new understanding of the objects around her, so I have been observing her all day. At 13 months, she will point the remote at the TV to turn it on and see what else it will do. She will hold the phone up to her ear and talk. She can put rings on a peg. She is beginning to attempt to put her clothes on. She will take a pen and note pad and begin to scribble. She will look at pictures of food and lick her fingers. these things, and more, make me really happy with her development. I have a smart cookie!!
