Today I observed two people driving extremely slow down my street looking at the houses. They came around again so I decided to follow them (from a distance) and called HBPD. Luckily a CSI unit came down my street at the same time so I flagged him down. He said he just working off a man with a gun call and quickly started following them as well. The two tried to quickly leave our tract and were promptly pulled over at Heil and Gothard. The passenger said she was giving the other person driving lessons and thats why they were driving so slow throughout our tract. Neither had a drivers license or insurance. The driver was cited but I left before knowing if they towed the car or not. Thank you HBPD for your quick response. We must all stick together and report suspicious activity.
