Today I paid a visit to the new location for Beach Cities Interfaith Services along with Michelle McKinley Ansdell. This new location for BCIS is better than the last one due to not only it having more room, but it also has more to offer than ever before! Food, clothing, bill paying assistance and helping those in need get their mail by allowing them to use the street address of BCIS. They even offer financial counseling. Not only did Michelle gather invaluable information from Bill Wright that will help our friend Martin, but we also even volunteered to help sort clothing and hygiene items. There is still a lot to be done to get this establishment fully going. I was also even able to shoot an update video for my homeless ministry page Thee Urban Trekker Project! I managed to get a few photos of what they have set up so far. The place looks great. The first image is of Michelle and I with our dear friend Bill Wright. Our days are filled more and more with divine appointments and seeing the progress of those we have been blessed to learn from as we continue to serve our Lord and help our community here in Huntington Beach. Beach Cities Interfaith Services is located at 13731 Gothard in HB directly across from Sea Breeze Church and is open Monday - Friday 9 AM to 2 PM.
