Today, I planned to unpack and organize my spacious new closet. Heres how its gone so far... Put baby down for nap. Start on closet. Baby cries. Pick baby up and nurse him back to sleep. Put baby back down. Walk quietly to my bedroom from the nursery. Baby cries. Bring bouncer into the closet so baby can sit in it and watch me hang all my clothes up. Baby cries. Give baby pacifier and turn on music. Go back to hanging up clothes. Baby cries. Put on baby einstein. Baby watches for a couple of minutes and then cries some more. Pick baby up. Baby nuzzles into me, clenching my shirt and lets out a huge sigh of relief. Im not getting jack done today. I think its nap time for both of us. Unpacking can wait.
