Today, I received a call from the title company telling me that - TopicsExpress

Today, I received a call from the title company telling me that after pushing and shoving, Fanny Mae, in their infinite wisdom, has accepted the offer on my house, finally after too long. And according to the liaison between Fanny Mae and Wells Fargo, they will do no better in their efforts to continue their ploy to delay, delay, delay, which has been their tactic for the last four years. In the meantime, I have had more solicitations from lawyers who have jumped on the bandwagon hoping for a part of that ever growing revenue potential, tapping into the resources to make a profit. I consider the officers of the court to be accessories after the fact, in addition to the city, county, state, and federal governments that helped continuing business as usual in the aftermath of controlled effort, fraud, if you will, that has cripple our economy, and which has caused so many to have to resort to the measures I have had to endure for too long to get out from under a house I can no longer afford because of all the extraneous expenditures needed in Florida to support what at one time was affordable. However, because of the taxes, the liens and insurance, there was no chance for this home to recover in my life time. I am afraid to sigh in relief, so I will wait until I get the papers, which should be here today to say anymore. If anyone out there has any questions regarding a foreclosure, please share them here. I find, with a little endurance, and a small amount of personal constitution, we can weather this storm and come out of top in spite of the efforts of Wells Fargo and other Banksters to keep us down. Wish me luck
