Today I received the best news ever.......my hbA1c has come down to 61....my new goal to aim for and maintain is 50-55. I wanna thank all the keep well clinic, nursing specialists at Coast to Coast Medical Centre, Wellsford, Coral Skipper and Hamish from the Waitemata DHB, Diabetes unit for their interest in ensuring that I maintain my healthy routine.........and yeah I have lost some weight too. Its been hard yakka all the way.......then I went and bought a packet of chocolate wheaten biscuits and had 2 bikkies to celebrate........didnt wanna go OTT and have 3 bikkies......soooooo nice....will have 2 more tomorrow.....voila....la vie.
