Today I spent the day with Drs appt. for a pinched nerve I have had since December. It felt like some kind of Voo Doo treatment with needles and electrical shock treatment...thankful Western medicine is able to isolate the problem and give me temporary relief. (without surgery or narcotics) Now I go to alternative methods of acupuncture, massage and yoga. I believe mixing Eastern and Western medicine will give me the needed relief. Pottery and farming can be a bit rough on a body :)
