Today I started another redo from a job done by a large irrigation firm in Memphis. I had noticed before I started they had convinced the homeowner to switch to LED bulbs. So as we replaced the original lights, I inspected the bulbs used and to my amazement all were 3 watt LED bulbs (less lumens than a 20 watt halogen bulb). Everything from 60 foot trees to 5 foot bushes, all the same bulb. That is like painting your whole house with white paint and you look at it and you cant figure out why your house has NO character. Remember water and electricity doesnt mix well! CALL A LIGHTING EXPERT!
