Today I thought Justice would be done but sad to say I now have lost all faith in the system. How can you murder your wife plead guilty then change not one but 4 times in total and say you are not guilty due to Mental illness. So he was tried under the mental health act. Mental health now decides what treatment he gets and they decide when he gets out. Could be 6 months or longer. I would like to think they will see sense and keep him there longer. As he pleaded not guilty due to mental health he can never be tried for Murder. How unfair is that. We now have to wait until 12/12/2014 to see what Mental health decides. Yes im angry and gutted even numb. Thank you all for your love and support .
