Today I took part in ＃16 Nagano Olympic Memorial Nagano Marathon. Before starting I praied Ishiwata-Hachiman Shrine next to starting-place fior todays safeguarded race. I could run joyfully wearing Kanazawa-Marathon PR-T-shirt printed 15.11.2015 New-Marathon in the way talking about this marathon and 14days befores Toyama-Marathon neighborprefecture with the other runners. My time is almost 3:50 or a little more, but I enjoied this race enough. Because I got a medal after several years and talked with many runners including Ms.Naoko Takahashi, gold medalist of Sydney Olympic,and Ms.Eriko Asai , a marathon runner of Soul--Olympic. Therefore I could complete my first PAX. I try to get another additional 2nd PAX.
