Today I want to state the obvious: my hero is Dr Jens Kargaard - we are so incredibly lucky to have him right here in Greyton (and of course Dr Shelly). On two occasions, today being one, we had customers that needed him in the restaurant in an emergency. The first time he was still working late and was able to be here in a second. Today he came on a Sunday afternoon, from home, in a second, and assisted the patient. Thank you so much for being the wonderful person you are, for always smiling and just for the honour of having you right here.
