Today I want to talk about what is truly means to Dig Deep. Today is the first time that I have done the Max Out Sweat workout from Insanity Max:30. I could tell within the first 2 minutes that this was not going to be my best workout. My legs felt like lead weights (Thanks Body Beast) and I maxed out at 11:09 which is way earlier than I had planned. This program is soooo much more than just a workout. It teaches you to get uncomfortable being uncomfortable. It helps you push yourself out of your comfort zone and to not give in to the voice in your head that says I cant! I pushed myself today and ended the 30 minutes proud that I didnt quit on myself. I did the best that I could do TODAY and that is all you can do. Whatever you are doing today, try to push yourself a little harder, a little longer. Trust and believe it will be worth it!
