Today, I wanted to share with you the number one fastest way to come into the present moment. It is: Breathe with no pauses. Do this for at least 10 minutes. When we are distracted, or our consciousness is focused elsewhere, we naturally pause when we breathe, especially at the end of the out breath. Consciously, continuously breathing with no pauses, forces our consciousness into the physical dimension. Make sure you breathe in and out the nose or in and out the mouth instead of breathing in your nose and out your mouth. Notice how much more present you feel. Love TEAL
