Today, I was at Pet Supplies Plus in Stow and, after we told the clerk we had just rescued a black lab from Summit County, she asked if we might be interested in two Chocolate Labs, about 1.5 years old, spayed with shots. I asked Why?? She said a man had stopped in earlier and said the City of Stow was making him get rid of them. Puzzled, of course, I asked Why?? again She said someone broke into the owners house and one of the dogs bite him!! Now, the city said he must get rid of the dogs. I have NEVER heard of anything this absurd in my life. Let me say that this is only hear say, I do not know if it is true or false, But, I will say the first time a city tell me I have to get rid of my dogs for protecting my property, I would sue them. I dont know about everyone else, but, my dogs are my babies and, if someone breaks into my house, I hope to God my dogs would bite them. I am hoping someone from the City of Stow will comment on this allegation, Say it cant be true!!!
