Today I was in a pretty shitty mood, driving down Glades like any other day and on the corner where a lot of the homeless people sit with their signs I saw a young woman standing with a sign that read something along the lines of Lost Everything, Have new born baby, Need 150 dollars to pay rent She had pics of the baby too. She was just standing there in the rain with a really sad look on her face. People ignoring her of course, I drive by that spot all the time I diddnt recognize her... I met eyes with her and I couldnt stop thinking of my own mom...I never carry cash these days but as the light turned green I realized I had a 50 dollar bill. I reached out and handed to her, when she saw what it was she started to really cry saying thank you thank you!.... As I drove away my mood diddnt really get any better, but I started thinking what an idiot I was for being down,I have it pretty good. I have been lucky or blessed, whichever term you prefer. #perspective
