Today I was interviewed by CBC New Brunswick about the song I wrote called Fallen Hero and how the Canadian Red Cross is using the song in a video honoring the 3 fallen mounties, their families and the efforts of everyone last June. It came as a pleasant surprise as I didnt know it was being used, but I am proud that it is able to be used in a way that helps people heal. I also just found out this week it is being used by a U.S. State police department in a memorial video for their fallen officers. That is why I sing and that is why I write music ... these moments are the most rewarding and I promise to always use this gift to touch others.
