Today, I was proud to introduce the DRIVE Now Act, a common sense, fiscally responsible bill to ensure continued federal funding for vital infrastructure projects like the I-93 expansion in Southern New Hampshire. A safe and efficient transportation network is essential to growing our economy, creating jobs, and ensuring public safety. Unfortunately, federal funding could dry up by this summer if the federal Highway Trust Fund runs out of money, which would bring road and bridge projects like the I-93 expansion to a screeching halt. My bill will provide a short-term solution, and help ensure that these projects can continue to move forward:
