Today I watched a police officer give a parking ticket to someone who parked and was talking on his phone for a minute before getting out to feed the meter. He simply put the ticket on the window while the guy was in his car and started walking away!! The man got out of his car and the officer shrugged his shoulders while walking away and said I didnt see you pull in! We talked to the guy who got the ticket and he was visiting his wife for lunch!! I cant believe how arrogant this officer was!! Shame on you Mr. J.A.!!! Disgraceful!
