Today I went to see about my mommy. She is 89 years old and its just a joy to watch her sometimes. She had a little fall and I wanted to make sure this little firecracker was okay.She is a miraculous woman. This past week she lost her last surviving sibling, R.I.P. Aunt Eleanor. Momma is the last of 12, My mother has buried 3 children and through it all, she just has this calm peace about her.She told me she doesnt like to worry me because of my health issues. So today we made a pact. She promised me that from now on she will let me know when something has happened. I smiled to myself, because her hearing aids were lying on the table where they ALWAYS are and I know she didnt hear half of what I was saying.(smile)..My mother has been a Christian apostolic warrior for a long time and no matter the storms that arise..she will always say with the reassurance of Christ..Im not worried, God will take care of me. If you are blessed to still have your mother,you better be thanking the Lord everyday for her.God has kept her here for a reason..and I am so thankful for it..Now when I call her tomorrow and remind her of our pact..she will laugh and not remember a thing..(on purpose)..Elsie Bolen..you are a whole hot mess ...and I love you...BLessings
