Today I will be starting accutane. Its been a long battle for me with acne for about 4 years, hoping it would let up by the time I was 21. While its been better on some days, and worse on others, It has come to a point where I realized it has affected my daily life too much in a negative way, and so am taking this step to finally cut it out. Ive tried everything under the sun from cutting certain foods, medications, even holistic approaches... unfortunately these were not enough. I am hopeful for the best, and to have no serious side affects, and just wanted to open up with you guys about being optimistic for the future. Wish me luck!
