Today I witnessed a 5 year old weep as he realized that it was his last time seeing his aunt. I witnessed siblings lose their sister, loved ones lose their friend, a man lose his sole companion in life, a son lose his protector and I witnessed heaven inherit an angel. I loved my aunt Margie so much, she was much more than an aunt, she was a guardian for me she was like a mother to me. She would always call me and ask me how I was doing. Tonight when I dream, I wont dream as a 30 yr old man who lost his aunt, I will dream as a 5 yr old boy who watched cartoons with his aunt and went everywhere with her. I love you aunt Margie, thank you for caring for me as if I was your own. Rest in peace until we meet again. :)
