Today I woke up after a good nights sleep, went on a recovery swim and had a race evaluation with my coach. Then I had a super yummy bonding lunch date with my dad after getting a leisurely mani-pedi. Had a nice nap this afternoon after enrolling for yoga classes, booked a massage for tonight and will now get dressed to have a long overdue dinner with one of my besties. Tomorrow, after my brick, I will start cleaning out the first of my boxes, buy quinoa and make Raymonds kale,basil and walnut pesto. Life is good.
