Today I would like to honor Bishop Joseph Henderson Dixon. Two years ago you left me a legacy, a true example of a life dedicated to Christ filled with many sons and daughters in the faith. You were a true Apostle making leaders everywhere that you went. Thank you for the daily sermons, may the Lord grant me the ability to preach them with fresh revelation like you. Even in dying you still took the time to write a eulogy to compel others to Christ. You still blessed all the ministries God gave with all that you carried so they could go forward in the ministry. Thanks Pappaw for the mantles that you left here on the earth like Elijah left for Elisha. May we all walk in a double portion of your spirit. I pray that I can honor your legacy and continue to carry the ministry throughout our bloodline. 2012 was hard losing you, the boys, and my best friend, but its all worth it since it will compel others to our father, Abba. Love, miss and honor you grandfather, Bishop, exemplary example of what a Godly husband/priest of the home is, and my covering. There are days I still wish you were here to cover me, administer my wedding and pass that job on but I know you see and rejoice from heaven. Love you Pappaw!!!
