Today, Im thankful for Brazil Butt Lift, the workout program I did today right after ChaLean Extreme Lean Circuit 3. This program features toning, cardio, & Ab workouts of various lengths to tighten, tone, & round your butt & tone legs, hips, & tummy. Music is high energy & everyone I know who has used it has seen a big difference in hips, butt, & thighs in 60 days...all while feeling like a dancer! Its a fun workout & I love to add it for extra toning & cardio on my rest days.
