Today, Ive been married to Dustin for three amazing, and incredibly tough, years. And Ill admit, there were times last year when I wasnt sure we would see this anniversary together, because weve both made a thousand mistakes, and terrible decisions. But this morning, I woke up laying next to him, a blessing all on its own. We have made it through so much together, many things that wouldve caused most people our age to give up by now, I know several that have. But when we got married, it wasnt on impulse, and it was something both of us were truly committed to from the beginning. A lot of people our age get married, but so few are honestly prepared for better or for worse. I dont think many people are aware of how much work a marriage takes. Its not all easy, or fun. We know that first hand. But it has all been worth it, and I am determined (God willing) to share the next 50+ years together, as husband and wife, because thats how marriage is supposed to be. Happy anniversary baby, I love you so much.
