Today. July 12. 8:28 am. 7lbs 11oz and 19 inches. One year ago you entered my life. Nobody will ever understand how special you are to me. After 13 hard decisions resulting in 7 surgeries, 4 breathing tubes, tons of different medication, the best team of doctors a mother could ever ask for, even a cancer scare, countless inpatient hospital stays, countless tears and your will to never give up Im beyond proud of you. I share a piece of your story today because Ive never seen anyone amaze me the way you do. They say all mothers love their children from the deepest depths of their hearts. But Im telling the world today I love you infinity past that. Now as I look at you as healthy as ever and going above and beyond what anyone ever expected you to, I dont even have a dry eye. Mommy loves you more anything or anyone in this world. So on this day and every year thereafter Im screaming ...Happy 1st Birthday to my STRONGEST WARRIOR Evan Jacouri Bartee!!!
