Today Nguyen and I visited my mother, Vi, at Pfeiffer Beach at Big Sur. Shell be 96 in less than two weeks. I have been to this beach countless times for almost 40 years and never have seen such a display of beach art ever. There were years when folks did stuff with driftwood but the rock piles today were all over, too many to count. Quite impressive. Nguyen and I did two for Vi down the beach from most of the others...
