Today (October 30th) Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan and the Cumberland River Drug Task Force conducted another drug round up in Bell County. This is the second drug round-up with over 50 individuals combined in two weeks in Bell County. Today’s round-up started with troopers and officers looking for 25 individuals in Bell County. The charges on these individuals stem from a yearlong investigation into the illegal sale of prescription medication. Below is a list of the individuals arrested today: 1. Joshua Miller, 28, of Pineville charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense. 2. Donald Elliott, 43, of Stoney Fork charged with 3 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree and 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree. 3. Joyce Elliott, 64, of Stoney Fork charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense 4. Michael Mills, 36, of Pineville charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 5. Edward Davis, 29, of Middlesboro charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 6. Terri Mink, 34, of Pineville charge with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 7. Mary Sizemore, 48, of Pineville charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree. 8. John Napier, 48, of Pineville charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 9. Breanna Patterson, 21, of Pineville charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree and 3 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 10. Jason Elliott, 36, of Straight Creek charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 11. Nathan Clouse, 33, of Arjay charged with 3 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree and 3 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 12. Jeremy Spradlin, 26, of Middlesboro charged with 3 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 13. Jason Clouse, 32, of Arjay charged with 3 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree and 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 14. Casey Asher, 30, of Pineville charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 1st offense 15. Timmy Hembree, 34, of Middlesboro charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree and 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 16. Christopher North, 35, of Pineville charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 17. Mollie Carnes, 32, of Arjay charged with 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 18. Curtis Ogan, 26, of Arjay charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree and 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree 19. Genia Mason, 41, of Pineville charged with 2 counts of trafficking controlled substance 1st degree and 1 count of trafficking controlled substance 2nd degree All these individuals were arrested and lodged in the Bell county Detention Center. Investigation is continuing by detectives with KSP and Cumberland River Drug Task Force. Also assisted with the drug-round up were Pineville Police Dept, Middlesboro Police Dept, KSP Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, and KSP Canine Section.
