Today, Rafizi Ramli told The Edge that the Selangor government - TopicsExpress

Today, Rafizi Ramli told The Edge that the Selangor government will revise the terms in the water consolidation exercise should Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, president of PKR, take over as MB. Rafizi said It is too early to comment on the details but it is definite that there will be a change in value (of the water deals agreed upon with water concessionaires) and the variation. Yes, Rafizi said he will review the VALUATION of the 4 companies in the Water MOU. In that same article, a representative from the Sweetwater Alliance Sdn Bhd, a 30% shareholder of SPLASH, said it was too early to comment on the move and However, we hope that Dr Wan Azizah will take a more consolidative and consensual approach this time.” Again, I had predicted that besides the insane Tropicana-Canal City deal that is blocked by Khalid is is one of the other main reason to want to replace MB Khalid. In the water MOU signed with Federal Govt, Khalid had reduced the offer price for SPLASH (30% ownership by PR-crony and long-time Anwar friend, Wan Azmi) a staggering 90% from RM2.5billion to RM250million despite TWICE offering RM2.5billion to SPLASH, the latest and final offer is only RM250million. Khalid also turned the screws by issuing a letter to SPLASH saying that their license to extract raw water will not be renewed in May. If approved initially, Wan Azmi will get RM700million cash but now he will only get RM70million - unless of course MB Khalid is replaced by Wan Azizah and the Water MOU valuation is reviewed by Rafizi as he promised to do if the fan-lady becomes MB. This is item 2 of my previous post more than three months ago here: https://facebook/lim.siansee/posts/1491521344399988 Isnt it as clear as day by now that replacing a more competent, higher integrity and experienced Khalid with the non-committal and seemingly disinterested Fan-Lady is all about money by now? themalaysianinsider/malaysia/article/selangor-will-review-water-deals-if-wan-azizah-takes-over-as-mb
