Today SDU had an honorable guest from Lublin University of Technology.- Professor Waldemar Wojcik Director of Eastern Partnership Programs at Lublin University of Technology. First of all, the guests were introduced to the campus blue-print in the entrance. After what short tour was made in the campus where the library, auditoriums, lecture theaters and Red Hall for cultural activities were shown. There was a small meeting at the International Relations Office where discussion about possible collaboration in mutual spheres was held. Later, The Official Letter of Intent was signed between the universities which will follow up by way of signing an Agreement on International Educational Cooperation detailing all the activities mentioned in the LOI. Both parties will endeavor to carry out cooperation in these areas of activities: 1. Exchange of faculty; 2. Exchange of students; 3. Joint research activities, including seminars, conferences and lectures for a wide audience; 4. Joint PhD programs; 5. Participation in seminars, conferences and academic meetings; 6. Exchange of published academic materials and other information; 7. Dual diploma programs; 8. Special short-term academic programs; 9. Short-term Internship Programs.
