Today a concerned citizen called about a possible bait dog tied up to an abandoned house next to his mothers residence. When we arrived we found this sweet boy full of old scars, missing teeth, lacerations around his ears and a possible dislocated or broken shoulder blade. Weve named him Peppler and tonight he is in our care getting an exam and whole panel of tests.
