Today a former teacher that I once studied Al-Mulakhas Al-Fiqhi under and also a very close uncle got his PhD doctorate from the Islamic University of Madinah with highest distinction. The thesis discussion was supervised by scholars on the higher council of ulama in Saudi. Shaykh Ahmed Jaamac Ismail is the grandson of the very prominent Somali poet; Ismail Mire. Mubaarak to the Shaykh & may Allah benefit the ummah through his knowledge.
