Today as I was taking my children to their respective schools, we were jammin to the children’s song Boom, Boom Aint it Great to be Crazy. As I was getting louder and doing some extra moves at the fabulous hook of the song, I experienced being so ALIVE that it didnt matter who was watching or what they thought. Who knows if they saw the three children in the back laughing, singing and dancing along with me, all that mattered was that I was fully present to the JOY that was available to us. If we are not careful we will miss the opportunities to live our dreams because we inundate them with complexity, duty, obligation, not enough-ness, etc. But life is a string of small victories and they get to be fully celebrated! Give yourself permission to celebrate the moments that mean something to you no matter how silly it may seem! No matter what others think about you! No matter what problems you are growing through! You deserve the PURE JOY of accomplishing what you set out to accomplish in this life of yours! And in case you need a little motivation, that extra push, can’t come up with an idea of your own...use mine! I’ve included a sample just for you! Go for it!
