Today at 2pm, The Committee on Teachers Terms & Conditions will sit. We at KNUT will be fully represented and we expect nothing short of a counter offer to our already stated demands. TSC must do better than present the measly Serem House Allowances, a one time leave allowance and the proposed medical scheme. We remind TSC that No CBA is complete without a salary component. The teachers of Kenya expect a salary increase! We also expect a withdrawal of the offensive circular purporting to take away our hard earned allowances. A mere Lengoiboni advert is not enough. We want committment. We encourage The Wilson Sossion led team to go into the meeting boldly and to remember we stand fully behind you in this matter. The daggers are drawn and the battle is on. We believe strongly that we will triumph through it all. We wait with bated breath. Our resolve has never been greater. Lets march on.
