Today being mashujaa Day a day in which kenyans celebrate to honour the horoes and heroines of the country who brought significant ventures in fighting for the sovereignty the Nation however,wajir county was not left behind in marking this eventful day as the county leaders led by the governor mr. Ahmed Abdullahi,senator Abdirahman Ali Olow,member of parliament from wajir East Abass mohamed and members from the county the leaders were amused with light moment when a teacher was compelled to join his students in singing the choir as heavy presence of security officers could be seen in every corner of the stadium to counter anyone with ill idea of causing chaos also massive of crowd turn out in large numbers braving the brisky weather as the sky was mustered with heavy cloud signalling the start of the rainy season.
