Today boy, girls, ladies, gentlemen and all creature great and - TopicsExpress

Today boy, girls, ladies, gentlemen and all creature great and small was a day of possible apocalypse and day of monolithic proportions. You may have wondered why the skys of Glasgow swirled with blackened clouds and the air echoed with the shrill cries of circling crows. But I am here to explain. Today marked the day when the Glasgow mighty fighting cubs (mens second team was far too mainstream) went up against Aberdeens 2nd team. And much like a game of street fighter or perhaps a Ron Burgundy news team stand off, the battle commenced. Our first fighter selected mr Ruairidh Watson our resident heart throb up against a sneaky fire breather, he looked to be a tricky foe but was dismissed with one swing of Ruairidhs paw. The second match took about as long as it takes ru to seduce a badger into performing something known as a rusty trombone? About 20 mins. And saw our long locked diva Euan Colley locked in battle with what appeared to be the muscle of the opposition. The third saw myself (the loveable rogue of the group) take on their international man of mystery. A slippery slippery fellow but with all his cunning still fell short through the use of my secret move the lightning kick. He hit the ground faster than any woman walking past Matthew Mcvay in that leather jacket from last week. And that leads me on to Matthew or Casanova if you will. Who changed the course of history so that the viper (himself) did in fact down the mountain. The two on two match ups now saw our patience tested. Both match ups a struggle locked in brutal arm wrestles with both. But with me in the crouching tiger hide leopard position and matt assuming the crane. The match was over and the K.O. Did come our way. Ru and Euan had to dispense both there special moves to win their battle, the tornado punch and the flower grip respectively, giving them the edge. And that was the end of the fearless 4 who dared cross our path. And the city of Glasgowville was safe. Well at least until next week. In conclusion we won 12-0
