Today brought back memories of workouts at JBLM and Knox! We did a PME Hard gauntlet of 10 stations with 10 minutes on (a minute of work at each station with no breaks between stations) and one minute off for 5 rounds. A very intense 54 minute workout! Here were the exercises: 1- Bleacher one legged ploys up bear crawl push ups down 2- seated rope and sled pull 3- bear crawl with weighted sled 4- barbell squats 5- medicine ball slam and sprawl for rds 1-3-5, supine bicycle and toss 2&4. 6- battling rope tsunami wave 7- plyo box jump and deck squat with 26 lb kettle bell 8- 2 x 35 lb KB clean and press 9- 2 x 45 dumbbell chest press rds 1-3-5, sit up 2&4 10- dumb bell man maker with 2 x 25 lb db.
