~Today completes week one of eating Raw. Eating only: -Raw fruits -Raw vegetables (lots of greens) -Nuts -Seeds -Raw nut butters (peanut, almond etc..) Nothing heated (except water for tea) NO dairy NO meat NO sugar (except naturally from fruit) I must say, I feel amazing!!! My body thanks me daily. For the first time in a long time my ailments seem to have lessened. I know this diet is not for everyone, although if you have experienced health issues like myself: -surgeries -medications -constant nausea -pain that no one can seem to understand the cause of... -or just feeling blah I highly recommend you try it on for size. Your body will thank you. The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.
