Today, for the first time, I went to the fabric shop intent on taking advantage of their senior discount day. Im standing in line listening to other patrons being offered the discount. When it came time for me to check out, the discount wasnt offered so I rather quietly asked for it. The cashier doesnt follow my lead volume-wise and, loud enough for everyone in line to hear, demands that I prove my eligibility. Why would anyone fake being old??
