Today has been a 180 from yesterday. Harper has been awake and happy today. She hasnt had fever except for first thing this morning and only mild dizziness and headache. Praise the Lord!!!!!! Thank you all for your prayers!! The ct scan was normal. They are still planning a lumbar puncture, but were not going to use anesthesia.... Since shes been acting like a wild cat for any I.v. or blood tests Josh and I felt it necessary to go through radiology instead of the doctor who was going to do in it her room with no sedation at all. So, that decision delayed the lumbar puncture until tomorrow, but it was the best decision for her. The results of the lumbar will not change treatment. The attending nurses and assistant and child life worker all agreed and pushed for our decision to switch doctors and wait til tomorrow.
