Today has been a bit of a weird one. Just want to say that if you have friends, family, loved ones who were in DT Ottawa yesterday, or who work on the hill, pls keep in mind that everyone deals with trauma in their own way and that as humans we may not be 100 per cent for a little while. As life does go on, it is easy to assume ppl at work are back up and running in every way. That may not be the case for all, so patience is helpful. I know Im still decompressing from yesterdays events and that is okay.
